Actor Mel Gibson is in hot water…again! His ex-girlfriend and Baby Momma Oksana is claiming that Mel attacked her in a fit of rage & knocked out her teeth. The 2 aren’t involved anymore – and split up in the Spring. Mel is denying the allegations. She claims to have video & audio recordings of their arguments. Mel & Oksana are currently in a custody argument over their daughter. Both have hired attorneys and will be in court next July.

Another celeb is in hot water – and it too involves BABY MAMA DRAMA!! OH BOY – OR GIRL! USA soccer stud Landon Donovan will soon be paying child support to a woman he fathered a kid with. And did I mention this woman was not his wife? While in London last year, Landon was playing more than just soccer. Now yes – he and his were separated. Not divorced. Pending paternity testing…Landon will soon find out if he is or is not the father. To which he told Sports Illustrated he would take full responsibility for.

Rumors are swirling that Fergie is about to leave the Black Eyed Peas – all because of Will.i.Am’s ego. I believe it! I’ve heard he’s an ego-maniac. However – I did cry like a baby when he was on Oprah and paid off 2 families homes for them. OK – Back to the split. So – Fergie is ready to dip outta the band & focus on her solo career a la Beyonce when she left Destinys Child. And to quote Chuck, “If she left they would have to change their name to the SPLIT PEAS”. HA!!

Former tennis ace Jennifer Capriati was rushed to a Florida hospital last night after suffering an apparent drug overdose. She’s 34 years old and had a history of abusing drugs. No word on her condition. I will up-date you as soon as I hear anything. And like I always say…HUGS NOT DRUGS!

An Indian walks into a cafe with a shotgun in one hand and a bucket of buffalo manure in the other. He says to the waiter, “Me want coffee”.

 The waiter says, “Sure chief, coming right up”. He gets the Indian a tall mug of coffee, and the Indian drinks it down in one gulp, picks up the bucket of manure, throws it into the air, blasts it with the shotgun, then just walks out.

 The next morning the Indian returns. He has his shotgun in one hand and a bucket of buffalo manure in the other. He walks up to the counter and says to the waiter, “Me want coffee”. The waiter says “Whoa, Tonto. We’re still cleaning up your mess from the last time you were here. What the heck was that all about, anyway?”

 The Indian smiles and proudly says, “Me in training for upper management. Come in, drink coffee, shoot the sh*t, and disappear for the rest of the day.”

So this weekend I was at Pembroke Mall for the Sing Like John Mayer Contest…and in case you have ever wondered…this is what my head looks like in a display box. I got goofy and a good time was had by all; some great singers showed up!

Then, with the kids being out of town for a few days (ten to be exact), I like to take some time to go over the past year and ‘take out the trash’…meaning…I lose those things which are not working and look to bring in things that ARE working. 

…so I went flying an RC Airplane that I bought. It was good to do something I used to obsess about in such a passive manner…

I had one of my epiphanies while I was flying.

The next morning…the sun was back in full force as the temp neared 91 degrees on the back porch at ten minutes to 11am.  I know some do not like the heat…but I do…I love summer; especially here in Virginia….

As I sat there enjoying the heat, I wrote this on my Iphone:

Tiger and Elin are 2 steps closer to a divorce! Both of them met with their divorce attorneys yesterday on Florida. Allegedly – they are having issues over deciding who gets what property in the settlement. Tiger also does not want his wife to move to Sweden with the kids. Well you know what Tiger – she probably didn’t want you to sleep with half the Florida panhandle.

Jake & Vienna will sit down with an ABC news reporter for an exclusive interview about the split. No word on when the interview will air, but yesterday Vienna sat down with Entertainment Tonight to cry her case. Vienna claims she knew Jake wasn’t going to marry her after they had been engaged for 1 month. She also says they rarely had “sexual relations”, and he hated her dog Chloe. WOW! He does sound like a jerk!

Kim Kardashian has a thing for football players – and this time, she’s dating a wide receiver from AMERICAS TEAM. Kim and Dallas Cowboy Miles Austin have been quietly dating for the last month. Let’s hope she doesn’t curse the Cowboys like Jessica Simpson did.

As President of their Fan Club – I feel it is my duty to let you know Maroon 5 will be releasing their new album Hands All Over on September 21^st. They summer tour kicks off July 30^th and the new song is called “Misery”. I love you Adam Levine!! Best.Band.Ever.

And finally – congrats to American Idol contestant Kellie Pickler. She’s engaged! Her boyfriend of 2 years popped the question while they were on vacation in Florida. No wedding date has been set. CONGRATS KP!

After 7 months of an engagement – Bachelor Jake & his fiance Vienna have called off their engagement. SHOCKER! Not really… Word on the street is, Vienna cheated on Jake with an actor. And others are claiming it was all Jake’s fault – that he’s a faker, wasn’t really in love with her, etc. One thing that is true…Vienna has to return the $50,000 3 carat diamond engagement ring Jake proposed to her with. And Jake has to return that ring to the producers of the ABC show.

HOLY CRAP! I about fell out of my chair when the texts/emails/phone calls started pouring in yesterday from friends and family about Regis & Kelly searching for a female Radio DJ to co-host the show with Regis. It’s a DREAM COME TRUE! I’ve watched the show for years – even before there was a Kelly! And I’ve seen the contests where they offer local TV personalities the opportunity to co-host, but I’ve never heard of a contest where local Radio personalities are given such  an amazing opportunity. Woo Woo started her radio career when she was 17 years old and answered an ad for a Morning Show intern. That internship in 2001 led to a part time position on the Morning Point in 2003, and in 2005 Woo Woobecame a full time employee and member of the Morning Point. She’s known for her colorful HollyWooWoo Reports, her mom Peggy calling the show and of course – her name! Woo Woois a family nickname she’s had since the age of 2, when she ran around her parents house like a Choo Choo train screaming ” WOO WOO“!! Woo Woo is the youngest of 4 children, and married her husband McCoy in 2003. They have 1 child – a 4 legged little boy named Murphy. Woo Woois a local of Hampton Roads, and has lived in Norfolk all 26 years of her life. She was born in DePaul Hospital and attended Old Dominion University. When she’s not finding a way onto the Oscars Red Carpet, or chasing Murphy thru the park…Woo Woocan be found on her couch taking a nap. Waking up at 3AM is rough people!!! Post fathers day log:  What a great weekend. 

There is always something about hanging out with the kids that makes the world go away…and I needed the escape.
This weekend I did right with the kids on two promises I had made to them back in spring:

We hit the beach for ‘night time’ crab-hunting.  Before we embarked, I made a makeshift net out of an old fishing pole, some hot glue, and that netting material from a bag of onions.  Add three flashlights and a few tupperware containers and we were ready to storm the beach.

We did great…as the sun dissapeared, the kids began squaling with excitement as the beach lit up
with three flashlights and hundreds of Ghost Crabs emerged from their holes.  We bagged about
a dozen before I could see that although excited, they were running on borrowed energy.

The next morning they slept till 8am…which is late considering they are normally up at 6 at the latest.
So…I had coffee….

What happened on Fathers Day….well…I’ll let the rest wait till the video is posted tomorrow…but
I made good on another promise that the kids could shave my head if they did well in school….
