The baby boom bubble in Hollywood has burst. Say that 3 times fast! Actress Selma Blair gave birth to a baby boy yesterday. She named him Arthur. Actress Jessica Alba is set to deliver anyday now too!

Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez is still in New York City pimping his client to the TV networks. Casey is negotiating being paid up to $1.5 million for an exclusive interview. Meanwhile her parents were recently offered $250,000 for an interview…but they declined. Not because they think it’s tacky, but because they want more money!

Amy Winehouse’s funeral was yesterday in London. It was a small, emotional ceremony for 35 family and friends. She was cremated. Her ashes will be mixed in an urn with her Grandmother’s.

And sadly – we learned this morning another famous musician passed away. Dan Peek – who founded the band America – was found dead by his wife in there Missouri home. You know the band Amercia – Horse With No Name…Sister Golden Hair Surprise. Love those songs! RIP Dan.

So much for completing community service, Lindsay Lohan was told by a judge last week that she needs to complete 480 hours and hire a counselor. But why would Lindsay want to do that when there are parties to attend and beaches to tan on?! Lindsay is jetting off to St Tropez on Thursday. She’ll be there for a week partying with friends.

Proving that there are celebrities who are good, honest people – David and Victoria Beckham have donated dozens of baby gifts to local childrens charities in Los Angeles. After the birth of their daughter Harper, friends gave them hundreds of gifts and 12 strollers! 12! They donated almost everything.

It’s back to being single for Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari. The blonde bombshell who was on MTV’s The Hills was dumped over the weekend by her fiancé Jay Cutler. Jay is an NFL player for the Chicago Bears and rumor has it he got cold feet and dumped her. Ouch!

 Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy for using a look-alike in their commercials, and now we know why she’s suing. At 1^st, we thought it was b/c of the lookalike and the confusion it would cause her fans. Not true. Kim is suing because the contract she has with SEARS to promote her line of clothing that hits store next month. Sears was worried Kim had a back door deal with Old Navy to drum up publicity, but to prove that’s not true – Kim is suing Old Navy.

I always enjoy getting back from time off and the “catch up” that ensues from a few days out of the office.  When I got in today, there were 182 emails in my in-box, most of which, were SPAM.  Thankfully, I do not have to respond to the King of Madagascar’s email where he wants to give me 1.9 million dollars just for giving him by Bank routing info with a “Got it”…Im sure he’s busy enough.

Then there are the people who exclaim “SO WHERE DID YA GO?” that I need to explain ‘why’ I did not go anywhere to…and their puzzled look as to why with 2 kids, 4 missed doctor’s appointments due to meetings I had to attend, and a shoestring budget that I did not jet off to the Islands for a drink-induced bender with rock stars and scantily clad co-eds where I posted facebook pictures with the sideways peace sign and pursed lips.  Im 37…”vacation time” is spent shampooing the carpet, fixing the air conditioner, and exhausting my flex-med account paying for the aforementioned missed doctor’s appointments…$260.00 worth to be exact.  WOW…that was relaxing!!!!  I feel so refreshed and revitalized.

However, this year, I made an appeal on the advisement of a special someone in my life.  This year I am going to ‘get away’ for a real ‘vacation’…my first in 5 years.  So now rock-stars and half naked co-eds?  …well…not so much.  J

Next month, I will be heading to the Blue Ridge Mountains for 4 days to a cabin in the middle of nowhere…a true, “out of this world” vacation…and I cannot wait.  While planning out the trip, my sig-o told me there was white-water tubing, some caverns, and plenty of things to do while this trip is made.

However, I am looking forward to other things…here are some of them.

1. Waking up when the notion hits me.
2. Drinking a pot of coffee on a wrap around porch.
3. Letting my mind go blank for an entire day.
4. Eating three meals in a day, preferably all pancakes
5. Pretending I am ‘local’ to this out of the way town.
6. Not shaving for 3 days.
7. Scratching my back with a limb from a tree.
8. Eating an entire pecan log roll.
9. Buying a bell pepper from a roadside stand.
10. Looking for Big-foot.

Lindsay Lohan has officially appeared in court almost as many times as Robert Downey Jr – and this morning, she’s headed back to an LA Courtroom. Linds has a Progress Report Hearing with the judge. Apparently the City Attorney is not happy with her probation…which many say she has been violating.

They say copying is the best form of flattery, but according to Kim Kardashian…it’s rude! Kim K is suing Old Navy after they put a girl in their TV ads who resembled Kim. I guess you can sue for someone looking like you in a commercial? This is so strange. Kim says the commercials violate her publicity rights and are confusing to fans.

Speaking of Kardashian – Kim’s little brother Rob will join the next season of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.  And the star of MTV’s Jersey Shore…Snooki…is rumored to be joining too. Hopefully she will stay sober enough to learn the FoxTrot.

A Grey’s Anatomy star has checked into re-hab to kick his addiction to pain killers. Actor Eric Dane – or McSteamy – checked in for help after a shoulder injury resulted in him being given pain meds, and he popped them like M&M’s. He is expected to finish treatment in 30 days.

My best friend in the ENTIRE world…Lindsay…is preggers! It’s a GIRL – and she is due in October. I am soo excited I don’t know what to do. Lindsay’s (no name revealed yet) Baby Girl and Maggie will be best friends just like we are. WOO HOO! Anyway – my mom, sister & I are hosting the baby shower for Lindsay on Sunday August 7th. I love throwing a good party! My mom is going to make some lunch – chicken salad, tea sandwiches, etc – and I am in charge of buying the wine and party favors. Oh! And the cupcakes. Charlie Sheen is back on TV.  It’s been confirmed that Charlie will star in a TV adaptation of the movie “Anger Management”. The movie starred Jack Nicholson. Charlie will play a therapist who helps his patients deal with their anger issues in strange ways. No word on what network the show will air on – ABC NBC CBS or FOX.

Rachel Uchitel is all over the headlines – AGAIN! Yesterday I told you that Tiger Wood’s #1 side action had to return the $10 million dollar hush money Tiger paid her to not share details of their affair.
